I have spent the past decade crafting custom menus for my clients to achieve very specific body goals (i.e., helping a client put 30lbs muscle on in 3 months to prep for a movie or losing 15 lbs in 1 month to prep for another). Each time I have done so, my objective is to also always prioritize improving their overall health. This can sometimes be quite tricky!! I have always wanted to find a way to share these strategies with everyone, so I crafted these menu plans and coaching options based directly on my experience with clients to share with you now.
